Sunscape Puerto Plata Hotel

always pleasant staff, gave a lot of information. the room was good-sized and stocked, the decor was delightful. the hotel offered plentiful and excellent made to order breakfast on the beach-- food.

I enjoyed the hotel, it's well-maintained and the location is prime in Castaways nice option & 2 bars available. The morning breakfast was large with pork and chicken and every taste. The service was really great and the pool was very clean.

Not clean bathroom, and the breakfast was late.

There were no drink tickets at the bars. The exchange rate at the hotel is too high.

If not complaints then what? I didn't like the one restaurant policy where I pay $190 bucks for "all inclusive" and then am told the other restaurants are for other customers!

The food and the clean room.the staff were good as well.i upgraded to premium. lovely .

Cheeking was over chaotic. lots of locals there in the resort. the scene was choatic

I appreciated the warm and cute décor at Sunscape Puerto Plata. The spacious common areas and easy beach access made it very convenient for seniors like me to enjoy without too much walking involved.

More seating by the pool for relaxation would help.

I thoroughly enjoyed prime and stunning location of this property.

The room was well-kept and the bed was very comfy. The bedroom was spacious and had an amazing view of the mountains from the roof top. Location: the hotel was not far from the on eight stores, the gaucho and Italian restaurants and a taxi into town to Big Lee's Beach Bar. Dined at La Veranda, it was at walking distance from the venue.

We enjoyed the kid's club activities and the live entertainment at the open-air theater. The outdoor pools had plenty of room, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend checking out the nightly shows and the awesome food options available.

The beach views were fine and relaxing.

The rooms were dark with maintenance issues, such as clogs and loose fixtures. The pool was only accessible for limited hours. The lack of variety in dining options and restrictive dress codes added to our frustration. We cut our stay short due to these disappointments.
